How does the Halftime Institute equip leaders to get CLEAR, get FREE, and get GOING?

Hear from 3 Halftime clients as they share how their Halftime program transformed their lives and helped them figure out “What’s next?” and “How do I take my talents and time and make a difference in the world?”

SCOTT BOYER realized he had a “whisper, a dormant calling”. He had spent his career in Big Pharma and through the halftime process decided to stay in the industry and launch his own pharma company, OWP Pharmaceuticals and its beneficiary, the ROW Foundation. Today the ROW Foundation brings pharmaceuticals to people in developing countries who lack access to life-saving medications.  Scott is one of the 60% of Halftime Alumni who stay in the marketplace after going through our programs.

DIANE PADDISON was in the C-Suite of 2 Fortune 500 Companies but she felt like something was missing. “Halftime helped me synthesize my God-given gifts so that I could go forward and do what God had prepared me to do all along.” Diane went on to start 4word Women, a world-wide mentoring organization serving tens of thousands of women leaders worldwide. Diane is one of the 30% of Halftime Alumni who start something new after going through a Halftime program.

EDGAR SANDOVAL spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble in Global Brand Management and Marketing. “The Halftime Program was the gate to discover that there was a greater purpose for my talents, for my skills.” After going through the halftime process, Edgar joined World Vision USA as their COO. He is taking his passion for empowering the least of these to help tens of thousands of children to overcome worldwide. In June 2018, Edgar was named President Elect of World Vision.  Congrats, Edgar! Edgar is one of the 10% of Halftime Alumni who join another organization as a result of their halftime journey.
