We are happy to announce our sister organization Halftime Talent Solutions has filled the Executive Vice President role for Atlanta Mission. While Halftime Talent Solutions was working on the Director of Men’s Services search for Atlanta Mission, they placed David Hanna before them as a candidate. Today they are happy to announce Atlanta Mission was beyond pleased with his skills, ability and faith so much so they offered him the position of Executive Vice President.

David’s career has included roles such as corporate senior manager, business owner and, for the past 17 years, Founder/President at Hanna Consulting. Throughout his successful career, he has always felt a calling to serve the poor and homeless. Over the past 10 years, David and his wife been strong supporters and volunteers of Triune Mercy Center; a church that serves alongside the homeless in South Carolina. There he has had the chance to support those in need of drug rehabilitation, employment, mental health, counseling and many other areas.

David knows he is called to serve the poor and homeless, which is what drew him to the opportunity at Atlanta Mission in the first place. As the Executive Vice President, he will be able to fulfill that calling of transforming lives and ending homelessness, utilizing his business background and skills. David will serve as a senior leader in the organization who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations over all programs needs including: leadership, finance, program design and delivery, partnership, guest services, and facilities.

Atlanta Mission has been striving to “transform, through Christ, the lives of those facing homelessness” for the past 76 years. They are working to accomplish this goal through strategic community partnerships in financial services, mental health, medical care and job retraining, while providing emergency shelter, temporary shelter, recovery programming, job attainment services and transitional housing to more than 1,000 men, women and children daily.
