Each season of life is a series of trials, and halftime is no exception.

When I introduce people to the idea of halftime, they seem to “get it” immediately, and are eager to begin working on their own positive transition experience. They understand the need to make a change in their lives, and for the first time they see this change as something positive rather than a crisis.

But there are aspects of halftime that pose serious problems that can derail you if you are not prepared for them.
