Dale Dawson is an investment banker, entrepreneur, and CPA. He is founder & CEO of Bridge2Rwanda and serves on Rwanda President Paul Kagame’s Presidential Advisory Council. Since 2002, Dale has helped launch and grow a number of businesses and social enterprises in Rwanda. He also serves on the boards of Halftime Institute and Edify and the investment committee of Diamond State Ventures.
During his first half, Dale served as Executive Vice President & Head of Investment Banking at Stephens Inc.; Partner and National Director at KPMG; and Chairman & CEO of TruckPro, an independent distributor of commercial truck parts that he sold to AutoZone. He and his wife, Judi, are University of Texas graduates and live in Little Rock, Arkansas. They have two grown children – Katherine and Jack.

Paul J. Kuehner is the CEO of Building and Land Technology (BLT) based in Stamford, CT. Paul and his brother Carl (Chairman) have led BLT for over three decades and represent the 2nd generation of this privately held family business. BLT is a vertically-integrated real estate developer and private equity fund with a current real estate portfolio in excess of 25 million square feet of commercial, residential and hotel properties across 20 states. BLT is also the largest franchisee of Sotheby’s residential real estate brokerage with 28 offices and 1,000 real estate agents.
Paul received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Emory University.
Paul and his wife Patricia have four children, Grace 16, Jared 19, Christie 21 and Nick 23. The family enjoys taking mission trips to an orphanage home they sponsor in Lusaka, Zambia. Paul sits on the board of AmeriCares, a non-profit disaster relief and global health organization and co-founded a men’s ministry incubator in the Catholic church.
Paul and his wife, Patricia, live in New Canaan, Connecticut. They have two daughters and two sons.

Karen Hung is the CEO and Founder of Silver Rock Consulting. Silver Rock focuses on transformation and growth via co-creation of business models that serve as the foundation of strategy playbooks. Additionally, Silver Rock works with clients to elevate their Board impact for increased enterprise leverage. The results catalyze market momentum.
Ms. Hung has corporate and client experience and agility across a range of sectors. Some of her clients include Ascension Healthcare, Kohler, MetLife, AbbVie, Johnson Controls, and Goodwill Industries.
Prior to founding Silver Rock, Ms. Hung was the Senior Vice President, Global Chief Marketing Officer with Lands’ End. She has held C-Suite and other executive positions leading global teams with General Electric, Ann Taylor, and Citigroup in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation.
Ms. Hung serves as a Board Director and on Audit and Compensation Committees with KeHE, a national B-Corp food distributor; Florence Eiseman Company, an upscale children’s apparel brand; and Ascension Wisconsin healthcare system as Board Secretary and on Governance Committee.
An active civic leader, Ms. Hung serves on the Boards of Directors of the Harvard Business School Club of Wisconsin as Immediate Past President, the Rotary Club of Milwaukee as Immediate Past President, Milwaukee Women Inc as Governance/Membership Engagement co-Chair, the National Christian Foundation on Governance Committee, and the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee Foundation on Finance Committee. She was also honored by being named Board Emeritus of Junior Achievement of Wisconsin (Executive and Strategy Committees) and Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra (Governance Chair, Exec Comm) for her years of Board service.
Ms. Hung has been recognized and honored as Women of Influence, Notable Women on Boards, Women of Distinction, and Most Influential Asian American Leaders.
Karen Hung earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Washington University of St. Louis.

As an accomplished business leader, CEO and the largest shareholder of a national financial planning group and Funds Management company, John successfully sold the two businesses to an Australian top ASX 200 company. He had transformed the small company he started in Tasmania into a successful franchise business with 65 offices across Australia.
Yet, it was his personal transformation in moving his focus from success to significance that remains his most satisfying and rewarding achievement.
John was inspired to bring the Halftime Institute coaching programs to Australia after reading the book ‘Halftime’, visiting Dallas, Texas, and meeting Bob Buford in 2008.
Today, as Director of Halftime Institute’s Global Partners, John is passionate about inspiring and empowering motivated leaders in different countries around the world to become part of the growing Halftime movement, by helping other high capacity leaders to become world changers.
After frequently sharing the story of his own powerful halftime journey, he wrote Enriched: Re-defining Wealth, in which he tells of the harsh lessons he learned in his pursuit of success; contrasting with the life of impact and adventure he has enjoyed since having a life-changing spiritual encounter.
John is also actively involved in community transformation with Empart. He regularly takes entrepreneurs, business and community leaders on trips to North India, which is truly a life-changing experience.
John and his wife Sue live near the beaches of Bayside, Melbourne, Australia and have four adult children.

STOLLBERG
JIM STOLLBERG
Jim spent 30 years in business, holding leadership roles in the supply chain automation and management consulting industries. As EVP Global R&D at Dematic, he led their technology transformation, positioning them as a market leader in automation solutions for the world’s top e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing companies. In 2016, after the successful sale of the company to KION, a German public company, Jim assumed the role of EVP, Global Products and Solutions before stepping down in July of 2018.
He began his career in 1988 at Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting) where he led mission critical engagements for his manufacturing and supply chain clients, including Harley-Davidson, Miller Brewing, Johnson Controls and BF Goodrich. After leaving the firm in 1998, he spent one year as VP, Professional Services at EXE Technologies, a supply chain software company, before joining HK Systems, where he held a variety of leadership roles and assisted in the sale of HK Systems to Dematic in 2000.
In 2018, Jim founded Gemini Global Advisors to assist his clients in achieving similar results to what he has delivered throughout his career. His clients include venture capital, private equity and supply chain technology companies. He has served in several board and advisory roles with privately held market leaders, including Shipmonk, Autostore and Covariant.ai.
Like many, Jim first heard of Halftime through the book. It was given to him by a mentor when he was in his late 20’s. He loved it, but found himself committed to achieving “success” above all else. About 25 years later, that same mentor recommended he participate in the Fellows Program, which he did in 2019. It was nothing less than transformational.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and continued his education at INSEAD, where he completed the Global Executive Program. He serves on Marquette’s Supply Chain Advisory Board and volunteers for their Advanced Global Business Leadership program. He previously served on the Supply Chain Advisory board at Georgia Tech.
Jim has a passion for social enterprise and impact investing. He is an avid supporter of Global Brigades, a non-profit that helps to resolve health and economic disparities through sustainable means. He is also a lead investor in Eskala, a micro-finance/micro-equity fund that forms and invests in community-owned banks in Central America. The Stollberg Foundation supports a partial scholarship to first generation Marquette students interested in supply chain studies. The family also supports Compassion International (Thanawit from Thailand and Katarim from Columbia) The Children’s Outing Association (COA), Wounded Warrior Project, Folds of Honor, and the Wisconsin Humane Society.
Jim’s interests include travel (his career took him to a lot of interesting places) and all Wisconsin-based sports (Packers, Brewers, Bucks, Badgers). He is an avid Marquette Basketball fan. He also loves to read (primarily history, biographies and faith-based books) and enjoys the company of his family and friends.
Jim and his wife, Leslie, have been married since 1991 and reside in Brookfield, Wisconsin. They have a son, Justin, attending the University of Wisconsin – Madison studying Industrial Engineering. Their daughter, Lauren, is attending Marquette University studying Business and is a member of the MU Dance Team.

MCGEHEE
TOM MCGEHEE
Tom began his career by serving in the Marines for 12 years before moving to Texas, first to work on large outsourcing deals with EDS, then to become a Partner with Ernst & Young Consulting. As a leader in the area of group facilitation and collaborative work, Tom’s work extends to over 25 countries and has carried him from some of the biggest boardrooms in the US, to some of the world’s most innovative churches.
In 2001, Tom left E&Y to start his own company, WaveChanger, a company focused on not only facilitating collaborative work, but also equipping organizations (businesses, ministries, and churches) to Go Faster Together! It was then that God led Tom to Bob Buford, who was not only a mentor (and in many ways a father figure), but he also opened up to Tom through his Halftime and Leadership Network organizations, a world of Kingdom work even beyond the business network that E&Y had created. His work is his passion and his biggest blessing short of his wife and family.
Tom had the privilege of working with Bob Buford and Lloyd Reeb to help launch the Halftime Institute back in 2003. He designed and facilitated the initial materials and sessions and has enjoyed seeing how much that content has evolved into several program offerings today. Tom participated in the Fellows Program in 2020 and has found it meaningful to be back working shoulder to shoulder with his Halftime Family as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Halftime Institute.
Tom grew up the son of an Air Force Officer and was born while his father was stationed in Japan. Tom attended Auburn University and became an Officer in the United States Marine Corps after graduation. During his service, Tom commanded two Special Operations Capable Units and served at the Marine Barracks, Washington DC.
Tom and his wife, Elaine, will celebrate 43 years of marriage in June. Elaine has been a spiritual helpmate and a leader while deployed and home. Their biggest challenge came with their oldest son’s 10-year battle with a drug and alcohol addiction. In 2009, he tragically died in a motorcycle accident, but the family was able to see God in the tragedy. Today, their two daughters and younger son are all married, and they have ten grandchildren and counting.
